We conduct ground-based network observation using a dual wavelength polarized Mie scattering lidar as the main device collaborating with the Regional Environmental Research Center, to understand the dynamics and spatiotemporal distribution of aerosols and clouds in East Asia. This network observation has been carried out for over twenty years in cooperation with universities and research institutes in Japan and overseas, and we will continue and further develop this research activity in the future.
