“Bulletin of Multi-scale Estimation of Greenhouse Gas Budgets 2023“ has been released.

The National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) and other organizations have released a report on the latest results of the SII-8 project, "Comprehensive Study on Multi-scale Monitoring and Modeling of Greenhouse Gas Budgets" funded by the Environment Research and Technology Development Fund (ERTDF).

This report is the results of an assessment of greenhouse gas absorption and emission based on various observations and model analysis, which is also provided to the Global Stocktake to steadily achieve the long-term goals of the Paris Agreement of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC).
